Mark was an absolute joy to deal with. I would recommend Boots at norwich riverside to anyone because of the fantastic service he provided, and I will definitely be returning in 2 years for my next check up.

Staff were very friendly and the appointment was swift. We took our little girl and the staff were very good with her too. Would highly recommend this branch.

My visit was brilliant all the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The previous store I had used was so busy that you felt like a waste of time, but this time was amazing even though I didn't need glasses at the end. I saw Mark Wicker, and I think the staff were called Pandora, Sean, Sam and Sophia.. they were all really professional and friendly, nothing like the previous store I went to. Wish all Boots stores and their staff were like this one.
